Manchester United plans to sign a sponsorship deal next month with the Mister Potato brand under snack-maker Mamee-Double Decker (Malaysia) Bhd. (MMDDF), Bloomberg News reported Monday on its website, citing three unnamed sources.

United and a Mamee spokesman both declined comment, the report said.

In another report Tuesday, Bloomberg News cited two unnamed sources as saying the club's four-year sponsorship contract with DHL Worldwide Express Inc. announced Monday is worth about GBP40 million ($66 million).
