Closing of the sale is expected to occur in October, 2006. The funds received will be used for short and long term commitments related to the marketing of the VScan product line. It is felt that this will allow the Company to expand and implement its marketing plans related to the VScan products in Europe on a more aggressive timeline. The Company anticipates that the expanded marketing program will result in additional sales and profits from the VScan product line.
