(Pinksheets: MSITF) indicated that a delegation from Europe was arriving to negotiate terms and conditions related to the purchase of VScan test kits. Medical Services International Inc is pleased to announce that the negotiations have been successfully concluded with the Europeans agreeing to all terms and conditions required by the Companies bank related to the letters of credit. The parties also agreed on all other conditions which include but are not limited to production scheduling, delivery times and amounts to be delivered. Delivery will start in November 2006. It was also agreed that the Europeans would maintain an inventory of test kits that will at all times exceed 50,000 VScan test kits. The approximate value of the VScan test to be ordered as a result of these meetings is $4.8 million over an 18 month period.
