Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 21, 2023, Know Labs, Inc. (the “Company”) published a press release disclosing the results of a proof-of-principle study titled, “Detecting Unique Analyte-Specific Radio Frequency Spectral Responses in Liquid Solutions – Implications for Non-Invasive Physiologic Monitoring,” conducted in collaboration with Mayo Clinic. Know Labs will present the results of the study at the American Physiological Society (“APS”) Summit, which is being held on April 20 – 23 in Long Beach, California. A copy of the press release with additional detail is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
