DATAKOM to Become the Lawful Interception Focused Subsidiary of
Homeland Security Firm SAN FRANCISCO, April 21

Agencies around the world, announced today that it has executed a
non-binding term sheet to purchase, for cash and Intelligentias
common stock, all of the outstanding common stock of DATAKOM,
located in Ismaning, (Munich) Germany. For over twenty years,
DATAKOM has specialized in legal interception of
telecommunications, test systems and security software. DATAKOM
will join Intelligentias as a wholly owned subsidiary. Luigi
