Resignation of Directors

On July 12, 2019, Mr. Lianyue Song resigned as a Director of the Company upon his personal reason, effective immediately. Mr. Song’s resignation is not a result of any disagreement with the Company, and the Company thanks Mr. Song for his contributions to the Board.
