Global Links? Subsidiary, BXI Trade Exchange Forms Strategic Advisory Board

announced that the Company?s wholly-owned subsidiary, BXI Trade Exchange, has
formed a strategic advisory board



Initial board members include Alan Elias, Terry Brandfass
and James Roohan in addition to the Company?s President Frank Dobrucki and  Chairman Saul Yarmak. Alan Elias is
regarded as one of the most successful and highly respected trade executives in
the barter industry and has worked closely with BXI and its founder Mac
McConnell. In addition to serving on the advisory board, Alan will head BXI?s
national training center in Tulsa, OK for independent trade executives.





Terry Brandfass is a co-founder of Trade Management
Consultants and serves on the Board of IRTA (International Reciprocal Trade
Association). As a proven leader with 24 years of experience in the retail
trade industry, Terry will work closely with management to develop the most
modern and successful trade platform in the barter industry while also
collaborating with Alan Elias in leading BXI?s training efforts. Ms. Brandfass
and  her husband Lee originally
became associated with BXI in 1980, purchasing a franchise directly from
founder Mac McConnell. .



James Roohan has also joined BXI?s advisory board and will manage the Company?s
corporate trade division as well as operations in San Diego and Orange County,
CA. Mr. Roohan is a sophisticated corporate trade executive who specializes in
large

media and hotel trading in addition to being a qualified specialist in high-end
watches.
