Eco-Tek Worldwide Announces an Exclusive Agreement With a Major Distributor for Colombia

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jun 20, 2014) - Eco-Tek Worldwide Announces an Exclusive Agreement With a Major Distributor for Colombia Eco-Tek Group Inc. (OTCQB:ETEK) is pleased to announce a new Distributor for Colombia. The distributor has placed an initial test order which is being assembled for immediate shipment. The agreement requires John Mario Guerrero Leyton Ltee of Santiago de Cali, Valle del Cauca to place an initial order for $50,000 and to purchase a minimum of Cdn. $50,000.00 of the bypass system products during each 12 month period following the signing of five year agreement. "Eco-Tek is very pleased with our new relationship with Leyton," stated Mr. Tunks, Eco-Tek CEO. "Our Training Team will assist Leyton in installing systems at the various trial customers in Cali. Leyton is very pleased with our products and is looking forward to have our team visit with them. We expect Leyton to do very well in their marketplace."

Eco-Tek is continuing our expansion program in Latin America. Along with Chile, Peru and Mexico this makes our fourth distributor in the marketplace. Our Europe operations are also gearing up for additional distributors. We expect to continue to achieve our goals of greater than 50% growth in revenues per quarter.
