DND Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DNDT), an Internet technology holding company, today announced that its subsidiary, MatchingAds, its first classified ad site in Phoenix, is live with upgraded and improved software.

Internet Classified Ads Growth

In 2003, the market for classified newspaper ads in the United States was $15.9 billion according to market researcher Classified Intelligence. According to a survey completed by the Pew Research Center's Internet & American Life Project in April 2009, from 2005 to 2009, newspaper classified ads revenues decreased by nearly 50%, while Internet classified ads usage and revenues, such as Craigslist, doubled during that same period. The number of online adults that visit and use classified ads websites, such as Craigslist, has more than doubled since 2005.

"These findings highlight the growing importance of Internet classified ad websites and reflect the dramatic shift from traditional newspaper classified ads to Internet classified ads and the significant increase in the number of people who depend on Internet classified ads to buy and sell commodities," said David Pollei, DND Technologies President & CEO.

DND Technologies Poised to Grow

"Our business model is unique in the Internet classified ads space as we build an Internet classified ad market in local communities by partnering market by market with TV stations nationwide. Our first roll out is with the FOX TV station in Phoenix. We have been operating in Phoenix for months and have just finished our software upgrades, which poise MatchingAds and MyFoxPhoenix website to grow in the market. MatchingAds is creating similar partnerships with other TV stations in all other US markets."

With the local marketing power of TV and their influence in local regions MatchingAds is rolling out the classified ads model in other markets and should grow rapidly. "With our software operating efficiently and our Phoenix market growing daily, we are very optimistic about our growth for the next several months."
