Twoco Petroleums Ltd. ("Twoco") (TSX VENTURE:TWO) announces that Mr. Larry C.
Mah, C.A. has resigned from the board of directors of Twoco effective today. Mr.
Mah has been a director of Twoco since 2003 and has served as a member of
Twoco's audit, reserve and compensation committees. The board of directors of
Twoco would like to thank Mr. Mah for his dedication and service to Twoco over
the past 7 1/2 years and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
