/CNW/ - SKRR Exploration Inc. (TSXV: SKRR) (FSE:
B04Q) ("SKRR" or the "Company") announces that
it entered into a debt settlement agreement with an arm's length
party of the Company, to settle an aggregate $50,000 of debt in consideration for the issuance
of an aggregate 1,000,000 common shares (the "Shares") at a
deemed price of $0.05 per Share (the
"Debt Settlement"). The debts are for unpaid advisory
fees.
The Debt Settlement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange
approval, and all Shares will be subject to a four month hold
period.
