Mart Resources, Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MMT) announces that the Company's annual
audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2008 (the "Annual
Financials") have been filed on SEDAR and mailed to registered and other
beneficial shareholders.


The Company's unaudited consolidated financial statements for the period ended
March 31, 2009 (the "Quarterly Financials") have also been filed on SEDAR and
mailed to registered and other beneficial shareholders.


The previously-issued management cease trade order ("MCTO") in respect of Mart's
Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer arising out of Mart's
inability to file its annual financial statements, management's discussion and
analysis and CEO and CFO certificates will be revoked on the third business day
following the filing of the Annual Financials and Quarterly Financials on SEDAR.
