TORONTO, ONTARIO (TSX VENTURE: CNT)(PINK SHEETS: CNTGF) wishes to announce that Mr. Tim Campbell has tendered his resignation as a Director and Officer of Cenit and its subsidiary companies, Blue Port Technologies Inc., Health Promotions Strategies Inc and Continental Asset Management Inc. effective immediately.

The Board of Directors and management would like to thank Mr. Campbell for his assistance and contributions to the group over the past several years and wish him success in his future endeavours.
