The Board of Directors of E-L Financial Corporation Limited
(TSX:ELF)(TSX:ELF.PR.F)(TSX:ELF.PR.G)(TSX:ELF.PR.H) today declared a special
cash dividend of $75.00 per Common Share payable December 16, 2013 to
shareholders of record on December 5, 2013.


In addition, the Board of Directors today declared the following quarterly cash
