The company received notification yesterday that City Equities Limited had
purchased 6,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 10.83 per cent
of the issued share capital of that class.  Having sold 6,000,000 ordinary
shares in the Company to certain of their private clients acting as principal,
as at the close of business on 11 September 2003, City Equities Limited no
longer had a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
