Item 8.01 Other Events.

On May 17, 2018, Wyndham Worldwide Corporation’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend with respect to its common stock of $0.41 per share, which will be paid on June 29, 2018 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 15, 2018.
