On January 19, 2016, in connection with the vesting of restricted stock previously granted to him, the reporting person reported the delivery or withholding of 5,113 shares to pay the tax liability associated with the vesting of such restricted stock. This amended Form 4 is being filed to report that the reporting person actually delivered or withheld 4,405 shares to pay the tax liability associated with the vesting of such restricted stock and to correct the number of shares beneficially owned following the reported transaction.
