On March 16, 2022, StoneMor Inc. issued a press release announcing
that it expects to release 2021 fourth quarter and full year
financial results on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 after the market
closes and to hold a conference call to discuss those results later
that day at 4:30 p.m. eastern time. A copy of the press release is
furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is
incorporated herein by reference.
