TRAFFICMASTER'S SMARTNAV TO BE STANDARD FIT ON MITSUBISHI SHOGUN WARRIORS

Smartnav by Trafficmaster, the award-winning advanced satellite navigation
system, is to become a standard fit on Mitsubishi's Special Edition Long Wheel
Base Shogun Warrior, from October 1st 2003. This announcement follows the
success of Mitsubishi's previous agreement to offer Smartnav as an approved
accessory across its entire model range.

The inclusion of Smartnav as standard fit on the Special Edition Shogun Warrior,
will provide motorists with a complete driving experience of comfort and
technology at their fingertips. Smartnav enables drivers to get from A to B and
avoid traffic problems en route simply with the press of a button, and using
Trafficmaster's unique live, incident, historic and predictive traffic data.

Lance Bradley, director sales & marketing, Mitsubishi Motors, comments:
"Many motorists who drive a four wheel drive vehicle may have happily used it to
negotiate awkward country roads when faced with traffic delays. However with
Smartnav as a standard fit, drivers will be alerted to any congested areas and
will be provided with alternative routes, taking the aggravation out of driving
the new Shogun Warrior on busy roads.

David Martell, chief executive, Trafficmaster plc, remarked:
"We are pleased that Mitsubishi is going to be making Smartnav available as a
standard fit in the Shogun Warrior. The product has rapidly established a
strong reputation in the industry as evidenced by the growing number of motor
manufacturers making Smartnav available."

About Smartnav

Smartnav combines the very best in navigation technology with the personal
touch. Simply press a dedicated button on the car's dashboard and you are
connected to one of a team of PA's, trained to locate your destination and
assist with a wide range of motoring needs, 24 hours a day. In just a few
seconds, the route is calculated and downloaded to your in-car Smartnav unit,
which provides you with clear turn-by-turn spoken instructions directly to your
destination. Every route is calculated using Trafficmaster's own live, historic
forecast and incident based traffic information, to provide the optimum route
for each journey. Should a problem occur whilst en route, Smartnav will
automatically offer you a quicker alternative route, if one is available.

Smartnav also provides SOS support and has recently launched two optional
subscription services, Safe Speed and Stolen Vehicle Location.
