First Quarter 2023 Results of International Game Technology PLC

On May 9, 2023, International Game Technology PLC (NYSE:IGT) (the "Company") reported results for the quarter ended March 31, 2023.

On May 9, 2023, the Company also announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share on its ordinary shares. The dividend is payable on June 8, 2023 to holders of record as of the close of business on May 25, 2023.
