Gramercy Property Trust (NYSE: GPT) a real estate investment trust, announced today that its Board of Trustees declared a third quarter 2018 dividend on the Company’s 7.125% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares in the amount of $0.44531 per share, payable on October 1, 2018 to preferred shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 18, 2018.
