J. Michael Luttig to Retire from Boeing at Year End

Boeing Co. (BA) said Thursday that J. Michael Luttig, counselor
and senior adviser to the company's board, will retire at the end
of this year.
Mr. Luttig served as Boeing's general counsel from 2006 until
May of 2019, when he assumed his current duties, the company said.
He has "been managing legal matters associated with the Lion Air
Flight 610 and Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302 accidents, and
advising the board on strategic matters," Boeing said.
Before joining Boeing, Mr. Luttig served 15 years on the U.S.
Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
