Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

BlueLinx Holdings Inc.’s Chief Financial Officer, Susan C. O’Farrell, and Chief Transformation Officer, Shyam Reddy, will present at the B. Riley FBR Institutional Investor Conference in Beverly Hills, CA on Thursday, May 23, 2019. The Company will also be conducting one-on-one meetings before the conference on Wednesday, May 22, 2019. A copy of the slide presentation that Ms. O’Farrell and Mr. Reddy will use is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
