Alltel�s (NYSE: AT) board of directors today declared regular quarterly dividends on the company�s common stock. The 12 1/2 cent dividend is payable July 3, 2007, to stockholders of record as of June 8, 2007. Regular quarterly dividends also were declared on all series of the company�s preferred stock. Preferred dividends are payable June 15, 2007, to stockholders of record as of May 25, 2007.
