Paglusch, a 25-year veteran of the telecommunications industry, is
currently executive vice president - operations for Global Signal
Inc., a Sarasota, Fla.-based company that owns and operates

company," said Jeff Gardner, president and chief executive officer

complement the talented and experienced management team we have put
in place to lead our business in the coming years." Prior to
joining Global Signal in 2004, Paglusch spent 18 years with Sprint
Corp. and held several executive positions in the local,
