The Board of Directors of Annaly Capital Management, Inc. (NYSE:
NLY) (the “Company” or “Annaly”) declared the fourth quarter 2018
common stock cash dividend of $0.30 per common share. This dividend
is payable January 31, 2019, to common shareholders of record on
December 31, 2018. The ex-dividend date is December 28, 2018.
