to Cable & Wireless, an affiliate of Liberty Latin America”

 

 

Mexico City, July 1, 2022. América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V. ("AMX” o “América Móvil”) [BMV: AMX] [NYSE: AMX | AMOV], announced today that it has completed the sale of its 100% interest in its subsidiary Claro Panama, S.A. to Cable & Wireless Panama, S.A. an affiliate of Liberty Latin America LTD. The transaction excludes all telecommunication towers owned indirectly by AMX in Panama and the Claro trademarks.
