America Movil Holds 8.70% Stake in KPN

America Movil, SAB de CV (AMX) said Thursday it currently holds
a stake of 8.70% in Royal KPN NV (KPN.AE).
MAIN FACTS:
- America Movil announced that today it entered into one
transaction outside regular market trading within the meaning of
Section 13 paragraph 1 of the Takeover Decree, pursuant to which it
purchased 3,385,000 ordinary shares in KPN at a price in cash of
EUR 7.90 per ordinary share.
- As a result of this transaction and other transactions entered
into prior to this transaction, AMX will hold 124,517,225 ordinary
shares in KPN, representing a capital interest of 8.70% in KPN
