America Movil Holds 8.46% Stake in KPN

America Movil SAB de CV (AMX) said Tuesday it has bought shares in Royal KPN NV (KPN.AE) outside regular market trading and holds an interest of 8.46% in KPN.

MAIN FACTS:

- America Movil entered into three separate transactions outside regular market trading, pursuant to which it purchased an aggregate number of 4,650,000 ordinary shares in KPN. One transaction regarded 3,450,000 ordinary shares in KPN at a price in cash of EUR 7.90 per ordinary share, and two of these transactions regarded 600,000 ordinary shares in KPN each, also at a price in cash of EUR 7.90 per ordinary share.

- As a result of these transactions and other transactions entered into as of the date hereof, America Movil will hold 121,132,225 ordinary shares in KPN, representing a capital interest of 8.46% in KPN.
