Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 6, 2023, Alight, Inc. (“Alight”) made available an updated investor presentation titled “Alight Investor Presentation Citi Global Technology Conference” through the Investors section of its website (https://investor.alight.com). Representatives of Alight will use the presentation in various meetings with investors from time to time, including on September 6, 2023, when Jeremy Heaton, Alight’s Operating Chief Financial Officer, will be participating in the Citi Global Technology Conference in New York City at 1:45 p.m. Eastern Time, as previously disclosed.
