Air France Celebrates 40th Year of Boston-Paris Flights

/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- This week, Air France celebrates its 40th
year of serving the Boston region with flights to Paris and beyond.
In recognition of the milestone, The City of Boston proclaimed
today Air France Day and will present the airline with a
certificate in recognition and appreciation of Air France's 40
years of Outstanding Service Boston/Paris/Boston. Additionally, The
Massachusetts Port Authority and Air France executives welcomed the
40th Anniversary Commemorative Boston flight yesterday with a
ceremonial water cannon greeting flight AF332 arriving from Paris,
and provided entertainment and refreshments at the gate for
passengers departing on flights AF337 and AF321. Demonstrating its
commitment to the Boston market, Air France recently introduced its
New Travel Concept on the Boston-Paris route with newly styled
Airbus A340-300 aircraft featuring enhanced comfort levels for
passengers. Along with new services and amenities in all classes of
service, Air France has added more space, new seats and chic
interiors to bring back the glamour and elegance of air travel.
Flights AF321 and AF322 are now served by Air France's New Travel
Concept in two two-classes of service: l'Espace Affaires (Business
Class) and Tempo (Economy Class). "The 40th anniversary of our
Boston service is an exciting milestone for Air France," said Mr.

Air France offers the only non-stop, year round service between
Boston and Paris with double daily flights during the summer season
and 11 weekly frequencies in winter. Scheduled for convenience, Air
France flight AF321 departs Boston at 7:55 p.m. and arrives in
Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG) at 8:50 a.m. the following day. The
return flight, AF322, departs Paris-CDG at 3:55 p.m. and arrives in
Boston at 5:50 p.m. the same day. Operating four times per week,
Air France flight AF337 departs Boston at 5:30 p.m. arriving in
Paris-CDG at 6:20 a.m. the next day. The return flight, AF332,
departs Paris-CDG at 1:15 p.m. and arrives in Boston at 3:10 p.m.
the same day. The Boston flight schedule allows easy connections
beyond Paris with Air France's expansive worldwide network
throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. At
