(NASDAQ: TCTM) ("TCTM" or the "Company"), a leading provider of
IT-focused supplementary STEM education services in China, today announced that its American
depositary shares, each representing five Class A ordinary shares,
par value US$0.001 per share (the
"ADSs"), will commence trading on Nasdaq under the new name "TCTM
Kids IT Education Inc." at the market opening on February 28, 2024.
As previously announced, a special resolution to approve its
name change from "Tarena International, Inc." to "TCTM Kids IT
Education Inc." was adopted at an Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders, held by the Company on February 20, 2024, in Beijing.
Trading of the ADSs under the new name on Nasdaq will not affect
shareholders' rights, the Company's operations, or its financial
position. The Company does not intend to change its financial
strategy or financial reporting as a result of this
announcement.
