PepsiCo North America CEO Albert Carey to Retire at End of March

PepsiCo Inc. (PEP) on Friday said Albert Carey, chief executive
officer of PepsiCo North America, will retire at the end of March
after nearly 40 years with the company.
The Purchase, N.Y., maker of beverages and snacks said it will
divide Mr. Carey's duties between the current leaders of its North
American divisions.
PepsiCo said Vivek Sankaran, who currently serves as president
and chief operating officer of Frito-Lay North America, and Kirk
Tanner, who is currently president and chief operating officer of
North America Beverages, will become CEOs of their respective
units.
