Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.

 

On November 19, 2020, Hepion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. terminated the At Market Issuance Sales Agreement with B. Riley FBR, Inc. dated February 12, 2020, effective November 24, 2020.
