Amount to be Issued: ARS 5,122,470,588

Currency: Argentine Pesos

Interest Rate: Private BADLAR + 1.0%

Issuance and Settlement Date: August 23, 2022

Maturity Date: February 23, 2024

Issuance Price: 100.00% Face Value

Interest payments: Quarterly starting on November 23, 2022.

Principal maturity: Bullet at maturity

Use of proceeds: Mainly debt refinancing.
