On July 30, 2008, Aladdin Knowledge Systems Ltd. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing that it had signed a definitive agreement to acquire Secure SafeWord from Secure Computing Corporation. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit A .
