On July 22, 2008, Aladdin Knowledge Systems Ltd. (the “Registrant”) posted a corrective notice in the Investor Relations section of the Registrant’s website, relating to the press release published by the Registrant on July 21,2008 with respect to its second quarter of 2008 financial results.
