Corporation (NYSE:PIKE), one of the nation's leading energy
solutions providers, announced today that it has filed a universal
shelf registration statement on Form S-3 with the Securities and
Exchange Commission. Upon being declared effective by the SEC, the
shelf registration will allow the Company the flexibility to offer
and sell up to $250 million of common stock, preferred stock, debt
securities, guaranties of debt securities, warrants, units or any
combination thereof at prices and on terms to be determined at the
