Quantum Exponential Group plc (AQUIS: QBIT), a company focused
on investing in quantum technology, is pleased to announce that it
has been informed that Nigel McNair Scott, Non-Executive Director,
purchased Ordinary Shares of 5p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the
Company as follows:

The shares were purchased on behalf of Mr. McNair Scott's
pension fund.

capital.
