Application has today been made for the admission of 333,333 ordinary shares of
10p each in the capital of the Company to trading on AIM. These new shares have
been issued as consideration for the acquisition of Springstone Software
Services Limited, a supplier of Chorus software and services based in Leeds.
Dealings in the new ordinary shares are expected to commence on 6 January 2004.
