Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 30, 2023, TD SYNNEX Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Michael Urban, President, Americas, of the Company, will be leaving the Company following a transition period ending March 1, 2024. On February 28, 2024, the transition period was extended to July 1, 2024.
