On February 5, 2024, PEDEVCO Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it received approval of its D-J Basin Roth 2-11 Oil and Gas Development Plan (“OGDP”) for up to 11 horizontal Niobrara wells from the Colorado Energy and Carbon Management Commission (ECMC), and provided a related operations update, a copy of which press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
