Christopher Bunka, the Chief Executive Officer of Lexaria Bioscience Corp. (“Lexaria”) has issued a letter discussing Lexaria’s strategic outlook and summarizing its accomplishments during the 2023 year. A copy of the letter is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
