Ozon Updates on Its Listing Status on the Moscow Exchange

October 26, 2023 – Ozon Holdings PLC (NASDAQ, MOEX, AIX: “OZON”, thereafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, “Ozon” or the “Company”), announces that the prospectus in respect of the Company’s American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) has been registered in the Russian Federation. The registration of a prospectus should safeguard the trading of the ADSs on the Moscow Exchange (“MOEX”) in the long term. The Company’s ADSs, each representing one ordinary share of Ozon Holdings PLC, will remain listed under the Level 1 Quotation List and continue trading on MOEX.
