Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 15, 2023, WidePoint Corporation (the “Company”) conducted a conference call to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023. A copy of the transcript of such conference call is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. In addition, on August 15, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023, which press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
