The ownership information presented below represents beneficial ownership of the shares of Common Stock as of December 31, 2020, based upon 56,768,257 shares of Common Stock outstanding as of December 31, 2020 based on the Issuer’s registration statement on Form S-1 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 11, 2021.

The Reporting Person may be deemed to beneficially own 15,367,043 shares of Common Stock, including: (i) 3,383,659 shares of Common Stock held of record by the Reporting Person and (ii) 11,983,384 shares of Common Stock held of record by SoftBank Group Capital Limited (“SoftBank”). The Reporting Person is one of three members of a joint investment committee, which must act by unanimous consent and has sole voting and dispositive power over the Common Stock held by SoftBank. As a result, the Reporting Person may be deemed to share beneficial ownership of the shares of Common Stock held by SoftBank. The Reporting Person disclaims any such beneficial ownership.
