Baptist Health Now in Network for Humana Medicare and Commercial Members, CarePlus Health Plans Medicare Members

Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM), Florida’s largest Medicare Advantage
organization by enrollment, and CarePlus Health Plans, Inc., a South Florida-based Medicare Advantage
HMO owned by Humana, announced today they have signed agreements
with Baptist Health South Florida that provide in-network access to
their Medicare and commercial members, effective Oct.15, 2018.

The agreements encompass all 10 of Baptist Health’s hospitals,
its ancillary health facilities and its nearly 500 physicians and
other providers, including primary care, cardiology and
oncology.
