--Coca-Cola Co. is preparing a multibillion-pound bid for GlaxoSmithKline's Horlicks business in India, The Telegraph reported on Sunday.

--The deal would involve acquiring GSK's stake in GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Ltd., which is listed in India, the British daily said.

--According to the Telegraph, the deal could be worth as much as GBP3 billion.
