that Garrett Ainsworth, Vice
President - Exploration and Development and Joanna Cameron, Vice President - Legal and
Corporate Secretary have mutually agreed to conclude their
employment relationship with the Company, effective April 15, 2018.
The Company wishes them both the best in their future
endeavours.
