Cleantech Building Materials plc ("CBM" or "Company") is pleased to announce that further to the announcement by the Company on 16 March 2018, the Directors are pleased to confirm that the Company's application has been accepted by the Wiener Börse and the Company's shares will therefore be included in the Third Market with effect from Wednesday 21 March 2018.

The shares will be quoted during the twice daily auction.
